Those soldiers are the F.O.E. (special operation division in Spanish), they’re are the most veteran and skilled soldiers in the Derideal Universe, as a curiosity I can say they’re designed inspired a bit by the Emperor Battle for Dune Imperial Sardaukars.

The art style has changed so much…I definitley prefer the newer style, but the older one is still better than what I can do. It’s incredible.
