I’m sorry to read that, it’s always sad when our furry friends pass away.
but you cat had a long life, try to find some comfort in knowing that you gave him the best life and care you could. Which is something not every cat have in their lives, and I’m sure he went away happy, and maybe someday you’ll give another cat the chances of living a good life like he did.
Sorry to hear about your loss. But he got 17 long, happy years he spent at your side; I’d say he was one lucky kitty to have such a caring owner.
I don’t know if you believe in this or not, but you’ll see him again when the day comes for the both of you to journey across the Rainbow Bridge together and go on towards whatever comes next. Until then, he has plenty of friends to help pass the time, each of also waiting for their turn to cross thd bridge together with their owner.
Although he may die before you,but his spirit last forever,despite all odds and all of the strikes and collapses,just like Alpha/Aden,Ivory and Laura did right now,live a life as you can,because as long as your cat (and other persont) knews better about the life’s beat meaning,the more they questions like you,the better the answer they search for,and they might know that the answer they looking for was they who question for.
