Berit was in the lab, which is where Laura came from (She watched Alpha take Laura away).
she was startled by Wally’s gunshots and decided to come.
it doesn’t need to be shown, there’s been plenty of time after the cut to whatever fight the rebels were having.

I think we’re coming to the end of this chapter, and that we’ll see Alpha escape from the Consortium, hopefully with Ivory and Laura in tow.

There’s no way he’s still deluded enough to believe he’s safe with the Consortium; especially after Wally just tried to kill him. Staying put is a death sentence for him now, and Alpha knows it.
