Also can’t help but notice the complete difference in rooms between Alpha and Ivory. Alpha gets, effectively, a cell, while Ivory looks like she got a hotel room. Interesting difference in treatment between the two.
Honestly, I can see some redeeming bits in other bad guys in this story: Dr. Waldo is part of directorate, he’s expected to be calculating and plain evil since history told that such positions are usually unforgiving to the point that cutthroat policies are acceptable. Bald edgelord general is military jarhead through and through, I’ve seen people like that during my military service, many of them aren’t bad people. Yep. She’s going to smooth talk her way into getting Ivory to self incriminate by using her feelings for Alpha to break her mind now too.
However Ivory seems like she was trained, specifically, for information gathering(based on how she knows how to hack into the rebel computer), thus she could be showing fake suprise now.
