She wants them to contain their emotions, while also secretly drugging them so their emotions would be out of control? Talk about throwing a monkey wrench into your own schemes.
Of course it wouldn’t be a sinister bureaucracy if half their guns weren’t aimed squarely at their own feet. Evil has a way of blinding you to the flaws in your plan, or as Mark Shea likes to say, sin makes you stupid.
I think we’re all just waiting for the bomb(Alpha) to finally be set off at this point.
At the very least, the fuse has now been lit.

Ivory and Alpha both could probably kill this woman barehanded if they wanted to. However i still fear for them whenever they are alone with her in the same room. She is a devil in sheep’s clothing. Her weapons are psychologic, and she wields them with deadly accuracy.
