Balance with the environment? Never took dr. Waldo as environmental type before. I bet he doesn’t want attention of some scandalous environmental activists on top of rebel activity.
heh, well, the only reason the Consortium exist today is because humans ruined the world mismanaging the resources. (that’s hinted in the story by the rebels, also part of the WIKI)
