Uh oh, All the crystal statues were destroyed. If they represented memories of those individuals, does that mean that Alpha’s mind has been totally wiped of them?
That might not be such good new for Wally. After all, none of Alpha’s memories of Wally would have been good or healthy for Wally.
While it’s obvious they were memories, my hunch is the machine wasn’t erasing them so much as trying to use them to break and bend his will.
However it doesn’t appear to discern between positive and negative emotions that are tied to said memories.
And it’s, most likely, those emotions that are why the machine worked as expected on Laura; yet turned Alpha into the fluffy ball of rage Wally now finds himself trapped in a locked room with.
Oh, interesting. Those burdens, I suspect, were meant to all be various ways to enforce the idea of submitting to the will of the Consortium.
Looking at the poses everyone had when the crystals surrounded him then Ivory and Laura likely represented his burden to protect his friends(clinging to him for protection), and Daniel was most likely representing his resolve to see his goals through to the end(to never give up).
Therein lays the problem for Ivory. She’s been shown to be suffering from depression because she feels unloved. The perfect burden for the machine to use against her.
He forget he dropped his gun bruh…….What a dummy,I guess he took the gun of the FOE commander after his gun was dropped,there might be no way for him to use his guns again…..I guess the Conditioning systems still does have a exceptional after all,even if onto other Xenos like Laura and Ivory and of course,Aden/Alpha,thanks to your over-arrogance and obsess on humanity progress via torturing Xenos,You even left your Wakeup call un-call-off because these kittys are surely awake.
