And the question is, will Wally in this timeline survive this?

It isn’t looking so good for the doctor. Fortunately, he’s in a facility that most like has medical equipment at hand. But is there anyone left that could operate it, that he hasn’t locked up yet?

He’s also in a room that, I presume, he locked from the inside.

Meaning he’s kind of f’d himself in terms of medical assistance if that’s the case.

And I don’t think anyone is patching up the ribbons his throat has been turned into.
