“I’ve been waiting for you”? Under different circumstances, that statement might be a bit upbeat and hopeful. But now, it gets you wondering why she would think she would ever meet him again in this place.
I don’t know about Wally, but this meeting does seem a bit suspicious now. But with the elevator bridge down after Berret walked back into the room, it would not surprise me if Berret was still here watching this meeting.
