Something don’t look right there.
They aren’t engaging Daniel, one even is within arms distance of him and has his hand on his shoulder. Body language says he’s supporting him, not confronting him.
The others are looking around, with only one directly him.. but they don’t have their guns trained on him.
I suspect that the ‘backup’ isn’t hostile to Daniel.. which might be a rude shock to the jerk who just tossed his gun aside.
Seems the Rebels may have managed to aquire some Consortium disguises.
Wonder what happened to Wally’s people? Could the disguises even have been liberated by the Rebels from Wally’s backup?
Assuming this is actually the Rebels, though body language, as you said, definitely says something is off.
Body language says Daniel is screwed and he knows it. Facial expression too. Helmet guy’s body language, combined with his dialogue, reads to me as “I don’t register you as a threat at all and I’m going to be condescending and paternalistic about it.”
I mean, that he’s apparently using a voice changer means it could be someone other than Wally thinks it is, but if this is actually Daniel’s backup, Daniel doesn’t know that.
Agree with Daniel believing he’s screwed. I would think that too in his situation.
What I thought was funny was helmet guy call them both by their titles.. and they’re both doctors. Helmet guy is looking at Wally perhaps, not Daniel.
So which doctor is he addressing? Soo looking forwards to see what happens there.
