the black patches are just artificial skin, and for Alpha, is like having a growing tumor every time he gets hurt now.
so.. he shouldn’t get shot anymore if he doesn’t that cancer to spread (it’s suggested that every time his regeneration triggers it hurts now, and that he seems to regenerate slower)
Well it looks like a 2-3v1 situation and i guess firearms there have an x or y ammount of ammo, and considering that ivory is ok (and perhaps laura, even though i doudt her involvement) plus dr Daniel with rebels outside the outcomes become complex, ill be arround to see what’s gonna happen
Wally could have easily ordered back to her room off panel if she hasn’t managed to find a hiding place while Alpha and Ivory were fighting.
Either way she definitely can’t stand up to Wally.
Berit and Ivory are the only ones able to buy Daniel time to track them all down before Wally finishes Alpha off. And possibly Ivory too.
