You’re right, Aden is kind of screwed either way. I don’t think the Neuroplasty machine figures into it at all, though. Aden was a guinea pig (okay, a cat, but you know what I mean) to test it. Then Wally got another, better guinea pig (again, yes, cat, I know) in Laura. And now there are plenty more xenos if he really needs more test subjects before moving on to human trials. Problem with using Ivory: She’s kinda looking not conscious right now. Even if she has a trigger phrase, I don’t think it’ll do much if she’s not actually awake to hear it. As for ordering Laura to do it, I can see him giving the order; but Berit can just override it with another order. Plus Wally already started human testing a few pages back on, whomever that was he had dragged into his laboratory(likely a rebel whom is now not a rebel; if the attempt didn’t kill them) I fear he also brought whomever that was with him.
